101 Things to Do in 2020 - End of Year

2019 was the best year of my life. 365 days, and not a single one of them was bad. Apparently 2020 didn't like that. January started out with the cats, which gave me terrible anxiety (I mean I knew I liked my personal space, but dang!) Then February brought all the headaches, which took a serious toll on my mental health. Then March and it's coronavirus came along. Look, I'm an introvert, but I like being an introvert outside in the world, not cooped up inside all day, every day. Then May and surgery. And then, well, teaching during a pandemic is no joke!! I'm just permanently tired now.

In all seriousness, though I had my moments in the beginning of the year, I'm so lucky that 2020 wasn't a huge mess for me like it was for so many others. I didn't get to travel or concert like I usually do, but I got to do a lot of hiking AND finally learned how to relax!!

In January I was gung-ho on making a huge dent in my list this year, but so many things were canceled because of the pandemic, or I just didn't feel like following through on the idea was a smart decision due to the health/safety of myself and others. Regardless, I got to do some fun things, and I will have to get very creative with my 101 in 2021 list!
